How much do custom coasters cost?
Typical pricing is CA$22 per coaster for runs of 10 to 49, CA$20 for 50 to 99, and from CA$17 at 100 pieces and up. That includes the engraved logo, brand color and cork base. Packaging and shipping are quoted separately. You get a firm quote within one business day.
What is the minimum order?
Runs start at 10 pieces. There is no upper limit: the molds are ours, so a conference run of several hundred is the same process, just more casting days.
How long does a run take?
Standard production is 3 to 5 days plus 2 to 3 days for engraving, then shipping. Larger wholesale runs take 2 to 4 weeks. We confirm a firm date with your quote, and you approve a sample before the full batch.
What shapes and colors can you do?
Square, hexagon and round are in constant production, and custom shapes are a mold away. Color comes from premium mineral pigments mixed into the concrete itself, matched to your brand, so it will never chip off the way paint does.
Can you put a different name on every piece?
Yes. Personalization happens at the engraving stage, so a hundred different names is the same work as a hundred identical logos. We have done exactly that for weddings and team welcome kits.
A note on the material
Concrete is a living material. Shade, texture and surface character can vary slightly from piece to piece, even within a single batch: small pores, faint tonal shifts, a grain of its own. That variation is the signature of a hand-cast object, and no two coasters are ever fully identical. We cast every batch with premium mineral pigments and purified water, so the color runs through the whole piece instead of sitting on the surface, and cure it under controlled studio conditions. Each coaster passes an individual quality check before packing.
