Square, hexagon and round, one working size: 4 inches across, 10 mm thick, a cork base underneath. Pick the shape, we handle the rest.

By default the cork base carries our maker's mark: JOS FACTORY and josfactory.com. The top face belongs to your brand: engraved logo, monogram or text, in the color you pick.
A coaster is branded merch people use every day. It sits where the eyes are: next to the coffee, on the meeting table, at the bar.
The corporate gift that stays on the desk. Your logo, in your brand color, under the client's coffee cup every morning.
Event merch with the date and venue engraved. The set keeps working on desks long after the conference ends.
Coasters double as place cards and favors. One shared monogram, or a personal one for every guest.
A gift handed over with the keys. Agency logo engraved, gift boxed, ready for the closing table.
Concrete takes daily use, spills and cleaning. Branded tableware you can reorder batch after batch.
One design, any number of names. Coasters personalize at scale and pack neatly per person.

Ready to see your logo on one?
We pigment the concrete to your brand color, from soft neutrals to saturated tones, and send photos of the match.
Logo, monogram, date or a name per piece, laser engraved into the surface. Crisp lines that never peel off.
Every coaster gets a protective coat, so it shrugs off cups, condensation and daily wipe-downs.
Sets in gift boxes with tissue and filler, ready to hand out the day the shipment arrives.
Canada, the US, Europe and the rest of the world. Shipping cost is quoted upfront with your order.
Concrete earns its keep here: it has the weight and the cool touch of stone, the sealed surface takes daily use, and because every piece is cast and finished by hand, no two coasters are exactly alike. That is what makes them keepable.
Send them with your request and you get a firm number within one business day. No tooling or setup fees on standard shapes.
From 10 pieces. Larger runs bring the per-piece price down.
A standard run takes about a week. Need it faster? Ask, rush is often possible.
The more surface the laser covers, the more machine time it takes.
Bulk packed for events, or individual gift boxes with tissue and filler.
Canada, the US, Europe and worldwide. Calculated per order, quoted upfront.
Anything else, ask by phone or in the form below. A person from the production floor answers, so the answer is the final one.
Runs start at 10 pieces. There is no upper limit: the molds are ours, so a conference run of several hundred is the same process, just more casting days.
Standard production is 3 to 5 days plus 2 to 3 days for engraving, then shipping. Larger wholesale runs take 2 to 4 weeks. We confirm a firm date with your quote, and you approve a sample before the full batch.
Square and round are in constant production, and custom shapes are a mold away. Color is mixed into the concrete itself, matched to your brand, so it will never chip off the way paint does.
Yes. Personalization happens at the engraving stage, so a hundred different names is the same work as a hundred identical logos. We have done exactly that for weddings and team welcome kits.
Concrete is a living material. Shade, texture and surface character can vary slightly from piece to piece, even within a single batch: small pores, faint tonal shifts, a grain of its own. That variation is the signature of a hand-cast object, and no two coasters are ever fully identical. Every run is cast and cured under controlled studio conditions, and each piece passes an individual quality check before packing.
Logo, color, quantity, deadline. We come back within one business day with a ballpark and a plan, and you hold a sample before the run starts.
