Built-in relief
The logo is planned into the mold at the design stage, raised in relief or recessed as part of the object itself. Works on concrete, gypsum and 3D print.

We pigment concrete and gypsum across a wide range, from soft neutral tones to your exact brand color, so the piece carries your brand in the material itself.
Fully custom from scratch. Bring a shape, a sketch or just an idea. We design the object and plan the branding into it together, from the first concept to the finished piece.

Brief
You send the idea, quantity and deadline. We reply with feasibility and a ballpark, usually within one business day.

Design & mold
We develop the design, build the mold or print path, and confirm material, finish and engraving with you.

Make
We cast, print, cure, finish and engrave the run by hand, with a sample approved before the full batch.

Deliver
Pieces are packed to survive the trip and shipped worldwide, with reorders quick to set up once your design is approved.
Lead time is set per project and depends on the design, quantity and finish. We confirm a firm date with your quote, before anything is made.
The studio
A production studio ten years in.
JOS Factory is a custom manufacturing studio based in Ontario. We have worked with concrete, cement and 3D printing for ten years, across Europe and North America.
You can keep it simple and order proven designs from our catalog, personalized for your clients, team or event. Or start from a brief and we develop the piece with you, from the first concept through molds, finishing and engraving to the finished order. Either way you get the same standard of work and someone who treats a run of ten as seriously as a run of a thousand.
